My first blog Post! Leveling as Rogue in World of Warcraft

Hey there dear blog readers, thanks for stopping by. Figured I would start out my blog writing about a passion of mine, world of warcraft. I am not sure what I will make of this blog yet though. I will just write about whatever I feel like. Anyway, my story. I was tired of getting backstabbed and ganked by rogues all day on my own priest, so I decided if you can’t beat’em, join’em. So that is why I started my project of leveling up my rogue. It is obviously an Undead Rogue to resist fear, and make it as overpowered as possible. Anyway what I learned pretty quickly while leveling a rogue, is that they are incredibly overpowered, do sick damage, and pretty much never die. If you are in any sort of trouble ever, vanish is going to take care of it and you will be safe to heal up and start over. I personally prefer leveling as assination, since it has a Tier 1 talent that lets you keep up Slice and Dice and Recuperate indefinitely without any cost whatsoever, and on top of that it also increases the critical chance of your first Mutilate by a lot, so I basically just run around alt tabbing targets and pressing mutilate and they fall like flies, and sometimes I pop in and out of stealth to get the energy regenerating buff.

That being said I am sure leveling as combat can be really fast too, since even though my 1 on 1 combat might be stronger, Combat kills 2 enemies pretty much as fast as it kills 2. Add adrenaline rush and Killing Spree to the mix and a combat rogue can run into a pack of like 5-6 enemies, activate cooldowns, and they will all be dead in the time it normally takes to kill 1 or 2.

I guess what I am trying to say is regardless of what build you go as a Rogue (heck I am sure you can even go Subtletly) you will level faster than any priest ever could.
